A Message from the Pacific Yurts Team

To our valued customers,

We have received numerous inquiries and feel that it is important to keep you informed about our operations. Pacific Yurts Inc. remains open for business and is committed to carrying out our work under these challenging circumstances. Our production and fulfillment departments are continuing to operate and ship products at this time.

As of now there are no delays for picking up of your yurt or yurt replacement parts due to COVID-19 (coronavirus), however there may be restrictions in place for shipping motor freight to some states. For those picking up items at our facility, please call ahead for an appointment. If delays occur to production, we will work to get your order completed and/or delivered as early as possible and keep you posted on any changes.

If you have any questions or concerns about your order, feel free to contact us. Our sales and customer service teams are available between the hours of 8:30 am – 5 pm PST Monday through Thursday and 8:30 am – 4:45 pm PST on Friday.
